Tea Tree essential oil is a great essential oil because not only does it address repelling the insects, it also helps in removing those marks in case of any bites.

Avoiding mosquito season or mosquito prone areas is also something to take note of when planning trips to the outdoors. Normally this is the rainy season as there are tendencies for water to become stagnant become breeding grounds for mosquitoes.

Ensure that the area is clean and free from any outdoor furniture or supplies that may contain mosquito larvae and likely to have mosquitoes lurking around the area.

By doing these simple precautions, we can ensure to have a fun, memorable trip to the outdoors. As parents we are able to focus more on guiding our children with the new discoveries around them than worrying about the environment they are in. This gives our children a chance to see the things they read from books and finally make sense of them as they identify them in the wild.
