Peppermint – This a favorite and common essential oil used during travels. It can give a good energy boost, help ease motion sickness and also lessen muscle pains especially during long trips. DigestZen – A mix of different oils that can help ease your tummy discomfort, motion sickness and indigestion. It has Ginger, Fennel, and Coriander and also Peppermint, Tarragon, Anise, and Caraway which also aids in having a healthy gastrointestinal tract. Just add one to two drops to your preferred carrier oil like coconut oil to lessen chances of sensitivity.

Reminders for travelling with Essential Oils
It is possible to take your oils with you as carry on baggage inside a plane as 15ml. is below the TSA limit of 3oz. However make sure to bring only what can fit in a quart size bag (per person). Make sure to seal them too. Be cautious about opening your bottles during the flight as the scents may be too strong and irritate other passengers. If you need to use some, place them before boarding.
If traveling by land, place the most used oils in a bag where it’s easy to access and in ready to use containers/ rollers.

Also as a general rule for traveling, always do your research prior to heading out. Know what the weather would be in that location, what insects normally come out, if any, the type of food you could have, do they have a lot of spicy food, is it easy to access drinking water, what kind of clothing do you need to bring, etc. Make a checklist as necessary and arrange transportation and lodging ahead of time.
